28 plaintiffs have filed a frivolous lawsuit against the Association and have actively sought media attention by contacting outlets such as CBS, Telemundo 51, and The Miami Herald. In doing so, they have attempted to spread false narratives and portray misinformation as fact.

These actions are part of a targeted campaign designed to mislead residents, damage our community’s reputation, and create division for their own benefit. By knowingly misrepresenting facts, these plaintiffs are attempting to make their case appear stronger while harming Brickell on the River South in the process.

 

As your elected Board, we believe the best defense against misinformation is transparency. That is why we are addressing allegations directly and providing factual documentation to show the truth.
