Recently, two media outlets—CBS and Telemundo 51—aired broadcasts regarding the lawsuit filed against the Association. Prior to the airing of these stories, the Association, through its legal counsel, provided comments and responses directly to the reporters. Despite receiving this information, which directly contradicted the allegations being made, both outlets proceeded to broadcast segments that repeated the plaintiffs’ claims without giving proper weight to the factual responses provided.

The result is that viewers were presented with misleading narratives that do not reflect the truth of the situation, unfairly damaging the reputation of our community and creating unnecessary concern among residents.
