On page 12 of the lawsuit, the plaintiffs attempt to convince the court — and our community — that the photos in Exhibit N were taken after February 26, 2025. They write:
 

“They are documented in the photographs attached as Ex. N, each taken in the building after the Code Enforcement Board’s February 2025 rulings.”

 

Here’s the truth: many of those photos are time-stamped from 2023 and 2024. And the plaintiffs knew it — because most of them are members of the very group chat where these photos were originally shared.

 

This isn’t a mix-up. This isn’t sloppy lawyering. This is a calculated lie. The plaintiffs knowingly recycled old images, stripped them of

context, and presented them as if they were current. That’s not evidence — that’s fraud by storytelling.

By doing this, they’re not just lying to the court. They’re lying to every resident, every owner, and every neighbor in an attempt to inflame, divide, and smear. Our community deserves honesty, not manufactured scandals built on group chat gossip and doctored timelines.

 

And here’s the most telling fact: every single photo you are about to see below was taken while former Board member — and current plaintiff — Jorge Castillo was himself serving on the Board of Directors. He sat on the very Board he now attacks, fully aware of the timeline, fully aware of the circumstances, and yet he now stands before this community and the court pretending otherwise.

 

That is not oversight. That is not confusion. That is a deliberate deception — carried out by someone who knew the truth and chose to twist it. Even worse, this deception comes from a person who once swore to serve this community faithfully as a Board member. Instead of honoring that responsibility, he has chosen to mislead the court and betray the very neighbors who once trusted him to represent their best interests.
